How much does it cost to generate real estate leads in India?
Published ranges are wide. One 2026 guide puts Meta leads at ₹150–₹2,000. Another source puts Google search leads for affordable housing at ₹500–₹1,300, and ultra-luxury leads above ₹4,000. City, project type and competition all change the cost.
What does the 7-day trial cost?
The LeadXpert fee is ₹8,000. Ad spend is extra, at a minimum of ₹1,000 a day, or ₹7,000 for 7 days. That makes ₹15,000 before taxes. If the campaign never goes live, the ₹8,000 is fully refunded.
Will I get bookings in 7 days?
Do not expect that. Property decisions can take months. The trial tests lead quality and your follow-up system, and it gives you real data for deciding what to do next.
Who owns the ad account?
You do. Campaigns run in accounts in your name, and you pay the ad platform directly. If you leave, the accounts stay with you.
