Using the website

• Do not try to break, overload, copy at scale or gain unauthorised access to the site or its systems.
• Do not send spam, false enquiries or anything unlawful through our forms.

We may block access, or change or remove parts of the website, at any time.

Estimates and information

Calculator results, cost ranges, benchmarks and blog guides are estimates for planning. They are not a promise of any cost, lead count, site visit, booking or return. Many ranges come from published third-party sources and may be out of date. Please read our results disclaimer.

Our services

Paid services are provided under the written scope or agreement you accept before work starts. If this page and your written agreement differ, the agreement applies. The 7-day trial and its fee are described on that page, and refunds are covered in our refund policy.

Your responsibilities as a client

• You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of your project information, claims, prices and advertising, including RERA registration details.
• Our checks and suggestions about RERA or other rules are practical support, not legal advice. Please take legal advice for your project.
• Ad spend is paid by you to the ad platform from your own account, separately from our fee.

Third-party platforms

Meta, Google, LinkedIn, WhatsApp and other platforms have their own terms, approval processes and charges. We cannot control their decisions, such as rejecting an ad, changing prices or limiting an account.

Our content

The text, design, logos and other content on this website belong to LeadXpert or its licensors. Client names and logos belong to those clients and are shown with their permission. You may share links to our pages. Please do not copy or republish our content without asking us.

Limits of liability

We try to keep the website accurate and available, but we provide it “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses that result from relying on the website’s general information or from the website being unavailable. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under law that cannot be limited.

Changes and governing law
