Privacy Notice
This notice explains how LeadXpert (“we”, “us”) handles personal data when you use leadxpert.in or send us an enquiry. We try to collect only what we need and to keep it simple.
What we collect
When you fill in a form, we collect what you type:
- Your name and mobile number (required)
- Your city, business type, project type and RERA number, if you add them
- Your message, and the cost estimate if you request one from our calculator
- Whether you ticked the optional marketing box
We also record which page and form you used, and campaign details that appear in the link you clicked (such as utm_source or fbclid), so we know how you found us. These campaign details are kept in your browser session only until you close it, and are sent with your enquiry.
Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) for security and reliability.
Why we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and to discuss or provide our services.
- To send the estimate you asked for.
- To send marketing updates by WhatsApp or phone, only if you tick the optional box. You can withdraw this at any time.
- To keep the website secure and understand which pages and campaigns work.
We use your details only for these purposes. We do not sell your personal data.
Who can see it
- Our team. Enquiries are sent to our CRM, LeadGuru, so the right person can call you.
- Service providers who help us run the website and communicate with you, such as our web hosting provider. They may process data only to provide their service to us.
- Authorities, where the law requires us to share information.
If you become a client, we may also handle your project and ad account details under our written agreement with you.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to:
- tell you what personal data we hold about you,
- correct data that is wrong or incomplete,
- delete your data, where we are not required to keep it,
- stop sending you marketing messages (just say “stop”, or write to us).
Write to info@leadxpert.in and we will respond within a reasonable time. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India, as the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 allows.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to respond to you and manage our business relationship, or as the law requires. Marketing details are kept until you withdraw consent. After that, we delete or anonymise data we no longer need.
Security
We use reasonable measures to protect your data, including secure (HTTPS) connections and keeping the keys that connect our website to our CRM private. No online system is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.
Children
This website is for businesses and adults. It is not meant for people under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
Links to other websites
This site links to other websites, such as LeadGuru and ad platforms. They have their own privacy practices, which we do not control.
Changes to this notice
If we change how we handle data, we will update this page and the “last updated” date above.
