How we estimate

We divide ad spend by a cost-per-lead range for your platform and project type, then apply typical conversion rates. All ranges are starting values from public sources, which we will replace with our own data over time.

  • Meta cost per lead: based on a published range of ₹150–₹2,000 (Sell.do, 2026)
  • Google cost per lead: based on published figures for affordable and ultra-luxury housing (exchange4media) and OwlClaw, 2025
  • Lead to site visit: 8–15%, and site visit to booking: 20–35% (OwlClaw, 2025)
  • By project type: how we split these ranges between affordable, mid-range, premium and luxury is our working assumption

These sources are agency and vendor content, not audited data. Real results depend on your city, offer, creative and how quickly your team follows up.

FAQ

Calculator questions

How do I calculate a real estate campaign budget?

Multiply your daily budget by the number of days, then add agency fees, creative, tools and tax. To estimate leads, divide ad spend by a realistic cost per lead for your platform and project type.

How accurate is this calculator?

The costs you enter are simple arithmetic. The lead, site visit and booking numbers are rough ranges from public sources, and your actual results can fall outside them.

Why is there no lead estimate for LinkedIn or ChatGPT ads?

We have not found reliable India real estate benchmarks for them, and we prefer showing no number to inventing one. The calculator still totals their cost.

Why does the calculator add 18% GST?

It is an estimate applied to ad spend, fees and creative, so you can see a more realistic total. Confirm your actual tax treatment with your accountant.
